By submitting an order you agree to our terms and conditions.

Once submitted your order will be assessed and you will receive
confirmation. Minimum order amount is a minimum of 100 units for each product e.g colostrum collectors are in a box of 6, which equals 600 collectors (If you wish to negotiate this, please email us at hello@midwivesownbrand.com)

Upon confirmation, Shipping Fees and GST will be added. All prices on the WS are GST EXC.
Depending on products chosen and stock levels, dispatch is 2-20 days. This will be communicated before order is finalised. Prices are ex GST.

Shipping will be charged in the most economic way to the customer.

For promotional marketing, all stockists can use our content from our social
media accounts & our website to advertise our products on your website & social media accounts. You must tag us in the picture.

All products must be sold as is- no paper/ instructions to be taken from them.
This is imperative to comply with safety standards etc.

The right to retail Midwives Own Brand products is at the sole discretion of Midwives Own Brand.

You agree to not sell our products on e-Commerce Marketplaces such as ebay, Catch, Amazon etc and their affiliated partners.You must not sell at any expos or markets without our explicit written permission.

By placing an order with Midwives Own Brand you agree to our terms and conditions including: the display of our brand’s name wherever our products are displayed, inclusive of marketing materials and social media. The products must be listed as for eg. as “Midwives Own Brand Colostrum Collectors" or "Midwives Own Brand Wearable Breast Pump"

RRP prices are stringent and must not be altered.
Price list maybe subject to change and listed in AUD.

Wholesale accounts with no purchase history inside 6 months may be removed from the wholesale program.
